We are excited to share that we have obtained a full planning permission from Manchester City Council for a new mixed use development in Burnage.

The proposal will deliver 9 apartments and 430 sq.m. of commercial space in South Manchester replacing disused shops and adding value to our client’s asset while also enhancing the street and the immediate area.
